OUR CLEAN ROOMS
Nutrilab manufactures under strict cGMP conditions whereby ISO 8 Class Air is met. We have catered for effervescent production by installing a dehumidifier in the facility. All clean rooms are strictly controlled to ensure a finished product of optimal Quality, Safety and Efficacy.

Laboratory Facilities
Nutrilab’s laboratories are equipped with a FTIR Spectrometer for the identification of all incoming raw materials and finished product. We are also capable of performing other tests such as Hardness, Friability, Disintegration and Moisture analysis.

WE USE OUTSIDE SCIENTIFIC, ANALYTICAL or OTHER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN RELATION TO MANUFACTURE AND ANALYSIS
The manufacturing site uses outside service providers for pest and rodent control, calibrations of critical control instrumentation for both equipment and Quality Control. Analytical services at external approved analytical laboratories are utilised for analytical testing where required for specialized tests. These laboratories are audited for compliance to cGMP/ GLP.
